SPONSORSHIPS
You may become a conference sponsor by choosing any of these opportunities.
- Sponsorship of a Break - $250 Your company has the option to sponsor one or more of our breaks on Friday morning, Friday afternoon, and/or Saturday morning. A poster indicating your sponsorship will be placed on an easel at the event and you will receive mention in our program.
- Sponsorship of Thursday Reception - $500 Your company can help sponsor the reception on Thursday evening! Up to three sponsorships are available at this level and your company can choose one, two, or all three. A poster indicating your sponsorship will be placed on an easel at the event and you will receive mention in our program.
- Sponsorship of Dessert Reception - $500 Immediately following our keynote presentation on Friday evening is the dessert reception. Your company can help sponsor the desert reception with the selection of up to three sponsorships that are available at this level. Your company can choose one, two, or all three. A poster indicating your sponsorship will be placed on an easel at the event and you will receive mention in our program.
- Sponsorship of the Inside Front Cover of the Program - $750 One company has the option to be the sole advertiser on the front inside cover of the program. The vendor is responsible to submit a full-page color ad in .tiff format which WVSTA will print.
- Sponsorship of the Back Cover of the Program - $750 One company has the option to be the sole advertiser on the back cover of the program. The vendor is responsible to submit a full-page color ad in .tiff format which WVSTA will print.
- Sponsorship of the Keynote Speaker - $750 One company has the option to be the sole sponsor of the Keynote Speaker. A poster indicating your sponsorship will be placed on an easel at the event, your logo and message will be projected prior to the talk, and you will receive mention in our program.
- SOLD OUT Sponsorship of Badge Holders - $750 This exclusive sponsorship will give your company the opportunity to have your logo on every name badge holder. Your company logo (single color) will be screen printed onto a nylon case. Here is an example:
