Attendee Registration

Attendee Registration includes admission to all conference sessions and keynote presentations, access to the exhibitor area, name tag, conference program, and a conference tote-bag.

$90 Early Bird price before Oct. 16.

$110 Regular price after Oct. 16 and in person registration.

Children and Spouses/Partners may be added for the $50.00/person guest rate. The guest rate includes admission to all conference sessions and keynote presentations, access to the exhibitor area and a name tag. NOTE: This is NOT for fellow classroom teachers.

Pre-Service Teachers may register for the $25.00/student rate. The student rate includes a name tag, admission to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, and the exhibitor area. Current college ID is required at check in.



Exhibitor Registration

Standard Exhibitor Registration $175
Fee covers conference registration for one representative (which includes admission to all conference sessions and keynote presentations, access to the exhibitor area, name tag, conference program, and a conference tote-bag), set-up and rental of a 10' booth area with one 3' x 8' table, and access to a shared wireless access point.

Premium Exhibitor Registration $350
Fee covers conference registration for two representatives (which includes admission to all conference sessions and keynote presentations, access to the exhibitor area, name tag, conference program, and a conference tote-bag), set-up and rental of a 20' booth area with two 3' x 8' tables, and access to a shared wireless access point.

Non-Profit Exhibitor $100
This is ONLY available to state or federal agencies and 501(c)3 organizations that do NOT sell products or services. As space allows, non-profit exhibitors will receive use of one 3 x 8 table either in the exhibit area or in the hallway near the exhibit area.


Meals and Accommodations

All Vendors, attendees, guests, and students are required to:
-Contact Glade Springs directly at 866-838-6621 to pay for the Accommodations Package.
-Or pay a Day Use Fee to WVSTA if you are not staying at the resort.
-Failure to either pay either the Accomodations Package or Day Use Fee will result in non-admission to all aspects of the conference. This will be strictly enforced.

Includes only meals and breaks if you are not staying at the resort

  • $75/person Sat. Day Use fee

  • Executive Suite-King size bed and pull-out sofa
  • The Inn-Traditional Hotel Room
  • Chestnut Hill Lodges-four-six guest rooms with king size bed or two queen size beds/room
