Attendees rely on the conference program for comprehensive information about all WVHETC2009 activities. See your company advertised in a full page ad in this must have item.
Name Badge Holders – $1,500 (exclusive sponsorship)
Gain visibility for your company by sponsoring name badge holders. Your company’s logo will be worn and seen by attendees throughout the conference.

Conference Bag Insert – $200 (unlimited available)
Deliver your approved message directly to attendees through collateral in the conference bags. The bags are distributed to every attendee at the time of conference registration check-in. You must be a registered vendor to participate.
Golf Outing
We will be golfing at the world renown Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa golf course. Party with us on Tuesday evening and dine with us Wednesday morning. Breakfasts & Luncheons
Daily Coffee Sponsor – $1,000/each (one sponsor per day – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
Sponsor an entire day of refreshment breaks–all through one sponsorship. Signage recognizing your company as the daily sponsor is displayed at each refreshment break.
Breakfast – $750/each (ten sponsorships available)
The way to attendees’ hearts is through their stomachs. Treat them to a refreshing breakfast Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference.
Monday Opening Session Keynote Luncheon – $1,000/each (eight sponsorships available)
Get to their hearts and minds through their stomachs with mealtime marketing during the Monday’s opening lunch; product giveaways, literature distribution or all of it at once.
Wednesday Closing Session Keynote Breakfast – $1,000/each (six sponsorships available)
Reach all attendees by sponsoring this seated event at the Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa, in which the Keynote speaker will be featured. Gain special recognition at this closing event, the luncheon that closes WVHETC2009 and kicks off next year’s conference. Your company will be the last one remembered by those grateful attendees who will remember your name and products during the next year.
Refreshment Breaks
Don’t miss this opportunity to get your company’s name in the public eye for the duration of the conference. Refreshment breaks will be held twice daily (morning and afternoon) on each of the primary conference days (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday) and will be set up in the vendor exhibitor areas. Beverage service includes coffee, teas, soft drinks & bottled water.

If your company would like to provide projection, computer equipment, printers, or software to be used during the conference, please let us know. Hardware/software contributors are thanked in each of the locations where donated products are used. Our on-site equipment team will take responsibility for ensuring that your donation is handled with care while in our hands. (cosponsors welcome – contact us for details)
