Submit a Workshop Proposal




Workshop Proposal Form

This form submits proposals for Pre/Post Conference Workshops. If you want to submit a proposal for a conference presentation please use the Call for Proposals form (click here).

Presenter Information

Note: All presenters must register to attend the conference. If your proposal is accepted you will need to complete the registration process.

Brief Biography

Provide a short description of the primary presenter, including current position and one or two career highlights. Please limit to 50 words. This is used for an introduction at the session and in the program guide.

Workshop Short Description

Please provide a 45 – 75 word description or outline of your workshop. Please indicate both the content and expected participant outcomes of your workshop. If your session is chosen by our Program Committee, this description will be used in program materials and may also be used within other areas of the event’s website. Please do not use abbreviations or acronyms in your description. The program committee reserves the right to edit content for brevity, grammar and clarity.

Workshop Detailed Description

Please provide a 20 – 200 word detailed description of your workshop. Workshops are selected based on applicable content. This description will be used when reviewing and selecting proposals.
