Call for Proposals
The WVHETC 2009 program committee invites you to submit proposals to be considered for presentations, poster sessions, and pre and post conference workshops at the 2009 West Virginia Higher Education Technology Conference.
The conference is designed to foster learning, innovation and practice in the use of technologies in higher education and discuss challenges and strategies for technology integration. It serves faculty, instructional designers, administrators, librarians, support personnel, technology leaders, and enthusiastic users of technology who recognize the need to remain current on technology issues related to the higher education community.
The deadline for submissions of proposals is June 1, 2009. Authors of accepted proposals will be notified by June 30, 2009.
Abstracts should be related to the conference theme weLearn. Technology facilitates learning in higher education every day – every minute. In higher education, we are all connected by a common purpose of educating and learning. Students, faculty, staff – we are all linked through information technology. Through technology weLearn!
