WVNET E-mail Accounts for Web Hosting Customers

When you set up your Web Hosting account you may have indicated what you would like your e-mail addresses to be. If not, you can contact us and have your e-mail address set up right away.

Please refer to your Internet Service Provider for the address of your outgoing mail server (to send e-mail). If your ISP is WVNET, your outgoing mail server is smtp.wvnet.edu.

If you call the Help Desk, let them know that you are a Web Hosting customer, your Web site's domain name and you account ticket number (if you have it handy) if you need to contact them. That way they will know what kind of account you have and can better assist you.

You may also log your problem in the Problem Tracking System.
