WVNET's Local Help Desk Contact Information
WVNET distributes accounts for dial-up access to the Internet at public higher education campuses throughout West Virginia. Accounts can be obtained at any of the institutions listed below. Local Help Desks at these institutions are intended as the first level of support.
Technical Support is available at the WVNET main site in Morgantown, 24 hours a day 7 days a week by calling (304)293-5192 or 800-253-1558. If you are calling after 5 p.m., please dial "0" and our after-hours staff will assist you.
* Note that some schools (i.e. WVU, WVU at Parkersburg and Marshall) maintain their own e-mail servers. Information needed to access those e-mail accounts and service-related technical support will need to be obtained from these local Help Desks.
