WVNET Education Rebate Program

WVNET has always offered its dialup Internet services to higher education, state and local governments and K-12. Now, in addition, you can benefit West Virginia's schools with your WVNET account.

By enrolling in the Education Rebate Program when you sign up with WVNET you can designate that $1.00 of your monthly $16.95 payment be sent to the school of your choice. We will provide this “rebate” to the school for every month you have an account with WVNET.

K-12 Teachers, Staff, Students and Parents

If you're a teacher, student, parent or staff associated with a K-12 school in West Virginia, you can take advantage of WVNET's Education Rebate Program!

Pay for your WVNET account by credit card or automatic debit** -- and your payment will directly benefit your school. The more subscribers, the more revenue for your school.

We are always open...

WVNET operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. Someone is here to take your call.

We also give you the option of using our online technical support and our “OZ” Knowledge Base.

It's a local call!

WVNET Internet service is available toll-free in most areas of the state. WVNET's Internet dialup modems use a special in-state"500" toll-free number:

1-500-MY WVNET

The WVNET 500 number is a service of Verizon West Virginia. If your telephone service comes from another provider (ex. Citizens Telecom), we have a local dialup number for you, too.
