Working with Paul Tennant of Associated Architects, Inc., WVNET has develped plans for a Tier 3 data center to be provisioned in the Morgantown area. The facility will be home to WVNET's network operations center, server and data farm, and support staff. A likely location for the new facility will be at West Virginia University's Research Park in northern Morgantown.
