My department is responsible for:

• installation and support of Oracle products on WVNET-operated servers;
• database administration, installation, and support of Sungard SCT's Banner suite of products on WVNET-operated servers for those campuses running at WVNET;
• technical and functional support for Sungard SCT's Banner Student Information System and Finance System products for WVNET consortium member schools;
• development and support for the account management system which administers user accounts and invoicing for central services;
• project management for services provided to K-12 schools and the
  West Virginia Department of Education;
• coordination of services and software support for member campuses.
