Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration includes full registration costs for two representatives (see attendee registration for details).

Your organization may add a representative for $75.00 per each additional attending rep. "Adding a Rep" includes a name tag and admission to breaks.

  • Publicly or Privately-Held Company:
    $775.00/unit ($725.00 early-bird until June 30)
  • Non-profit entity, Government, Non-Exhibiting Vendor:
    $375.00/unit

K12 TIS, LINKS Student Advisement Placement and School Counselors, Library Media Specialist, or Virtual Learning Attendee Registration

If you are a newly hired TIS (Technology Integration Specialist) participating in a summer 09 cohort group professional development, LINKS Student Advisement Placement and School Counselors, Library Media Specialist, or Virtual Learning attendee select this registration button.

  • Entire attendee conference registration: $240.00 ($220.00 before July 12)

    • If you're planning on attending, be sure to also check out lodging information for the vicinity of the Charleston Civic Center.

Attendee Registration

Regular attendees and accepted presenters select this button to register.

Attendees and accepted presenters are required to register and pay the conference registration fee. Registration includes attendance to all conference sessions, 1 ticket for Wednesday's Vendor Area Reception/Luncheon, and 1 ticket for Thursday's Awards Luncheon, refreshments and access to the exhibitor area.

If you are interested in only the vendor exhibition, you may register for the day at the conference registration booth. The fee is $35.00 and includes the breaks for the day.

  • Entire conference attendee registration: $140.00 ($120.00 before July 12)
