Where to Go for Help
You can submit your questions
to the staff of the Banner & Oracle support teams in one of two ways:
via email or via telephone. Choose the appropriate person from the following
chart. The Support Quick Reference chart contains primary contact,
areas of coverage, telephone extension, email address, and the person to
contact if the primary contact is not available.
When you are contacting the Banner
& Oracle support team members, whether via email or phone, it is very
helpful if you have the following information readily available:
- Banner product
- Release/Version
number
- Name and version
of the process or program which is causing problems
- Text of any
pertinent error messages
